A nice place close to good activity places like Spectrum. The price is a bit higher and makes more economical value if it is 20% lower. Other than that, it is an excellent stay.

We stayed here for two weeks. Lily was accommodating and responsive throughout the entire stay. We had to extend a couple times and had no issues. The location is fantastic, central to a lot of great spots, and the community was enjoyable to walk around. The apartment itself is perfect for a family or group with the upstairs and downstairs. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the floors when we moved in. Other than that, this stay had everything we needed. Thanks Lily.

LIly was super attentive , check in was super easy as well as check out , the easiest experience I ever had, no issues with anything . Amazing environment , had no idea Irvine was such a nice place , close to the beaches and a mall next door, and more than anything you feel safe. Pool super big my girls had so much fun, I liked it that there were no tvs on the rooms upstairs , we ended up spending time together as a family downstairs , we watch movies and then sit outside to chat. Amazing host no doubt

Cozy and a beautiful community surrounded by nice pools, market Starbucks, and more it’s an amazing family place to be in and the host was more than wonderful very attentive and very kind
