We had a wonderful 2 night stay and would not hesitate to come back. The house had everything we needed, is very clean / well maintained, and is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The size was perfect for our family of 3 and the location is very convenient to everything the Central Coast has to offer. Communication with Curtis was quick and easy.

An amazing second stay! We loved our first visit in this studio and were happy to return for a longer time. The studio is clean, comfy, and has a great location. The kitchen is really well equipped, so we planned to eat in more often this time. The updated beach gear since our last stay was a nice improvement, and we always appreciate the short walk to the beach. Check in and out instructions are clear and simple, and we really love the local recommendations in the provided guest book. We were very excited to return, and we hope to be back again the next time we visit Avila Beach!!

Nice place and close to everything! The studio was well laid out, nicely decorated, and very relaxing…great place to unwind. We really enjoyed hopping in the spa after a long day hiking and soaking in Avila Beach. This place was great!

My wife and I had a wonder stay. We took the long President's Day weekend to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day. The place was cozy, clean and very close the beach. We especially loved the private deck and hot tub. We'll definitely try and stay here again.
