Nestled on the beautiful Pentwater Lake with easy access to Lake Michigan, the house has a private dock for up to a 60-foot-long boat. You’ll get to enjoy epic Michigan sunsets from the large windows indoors or the outdoor decks and patios. Designed for both entertainment and relaxation, the home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a host of amenities catering to all ages. Unwind in the expansive master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a private seating area. Or gather around the cozy living room fireplace in the evenings and sunset views. The three bedrooms on the ground floor have queen-size beds. Groups love the open-concept seating area and large, fully-equipped kitchen. The entertainment center, bar area, and pool table on the ground floor offer ample opportunities for indoor fun. The outdoor decks, a large yard, a fire pit, and a grill make the house perfect for outdoor entertainment. Also, the quiet, low-traffic neighborhood is great for walkers and runners. The house is located on a bayou of Pentwater Lake with a no-wake zone to ensure a peaceful experience. With the private dock, it’s an ideal stop for cruisers to spend some time off the water and enjoy amenities such as a washer and dryer. The deep well dock has cleats and accommodates boats with a draft of up to 4.5 feet and lengths of up to 60 feet. A public boat launch is 1.5 miles away. Pentwater is also a popular stop for those navigating the Great Loop and as boat enthusiasts ourselves, we enjoy hosting cruisers.

What a great time! We go to Pentwater every year, and by far this has been the best place we have stayed! It was the perfect place to spend time with our children, who had flown in for the vacation. Amenities were spot on, great kitchen area to cook and gather for conversation, downstairs area is wonderful, with lots of ping pong and pool games played. Nice bedroom and bathrooms, with comfortable furnishings. Dock is perfect and located in a little cove, we had rented a pontoon for the whole time we were there and it just added to the great time. My daughter text me once she had returned home and said she missed us and the place already and that we should have stayed for a month :-). Thanks for opening up your home to us!
Beautiful and well cared for home. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Host were super responsive with any questions. Was perfect for me and my family. Highly recommend!
First time our family stayed on the lake in Pentwater vs downtown. It was extremely peaceful and a easy drive to the downtown. The dock was perfect to keep our jet skis and to fish. There are a lot of steps going down to the dock and it may be hard for some people. The house had a master bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and three bedrooms downstairs with queen beds. It was very spacious and the kids loved the pool table. I would recommend the house and Pentwater highly!
