Paint peeling from water damage, bucket catching water, dishes left in sink, things left in bathroom. the place was a mess and hard to find. the host was not forth coming with the location. I went to 2 places before he sent a pdf off directions, which he seemed to have beforehand.

Cons - Massive Pest control problem. Ants, spiders, mice, and geckos everywhere. We constantly woke up with large spiders in the bed. Roaches in the other guest room and bed. - First guest bathtub was unusable and extremely dirty (full of bugs). - It appears as though the air conditioner in one of the guest rooms is giving out a putrid smell and leaking at night. - Mice in the walls chewing away at the pipes. - Water leaking from the high hats during rain which may be an electrical hazard. - No water was available during the first 3 nights (first night was extremely low water pressure then poof, no water day 1). - as a result of no water, toilets wouldn't flush (the owner did bring us water to flush the toilets while we waited for the 400 gal tank outside to be filled but this should have been done proactively before our stay). Tank was filled day 3 or 4 of our stay. - Dish washer was filthy - Sink clogged easily and smelled horrible - Ants in kitchen Pros - Property is nice looking

I'm very upset about how this was handled by both the owner and Airbnb as a company. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but no one has addressed this issue properly. The place was a disgusting mess with both live and dead bugs everywhere, soiled sheets, water damage with puddles on the floor. The lights didn't work, the fans didn't work, the air conditioners leaked, and there was animal excrement and biting ants everywhere. I was bitten in my sleep! I had nowhere to go because everything in the area was already booked. I reached out to the owner many times through various channels and I have yet to hear back. I should have been reimbursed, but Airbnb didn't think my problem was bad enough or that I didn't make a harsher claim earlier. I was trying to give the owner a chance to rectify the situation, only to my detriment. It was a very upsetting situation. Don't stay at any of her listings. She obviously doesn't care about the people she rents to. It was a mess. Warning!

This place is a must visit ,the atmosphere is unmatched by any and if you like peace quiet and privacy this should be your first choice. I loved my stay here.
