Our cabins our located on Beautiful Lake Shaffer in Monticello, IN. We are just 4 miles away from Indiana Beach and near many family favorite activities in town! We are a lake level property, which offers a different level of lake fun! We have 4 boat docks for guests to utilize as well as a designated swimming area. Guests can enjoy a communal fire pit area and each cabin has their own deck with a charcoal grill. Guests do need to bring your own linen. Air conditioned, One Bedroom Cottages right on Shafer Lake with Boat Docks. The cottage has one full bed and one futon. Kitchenette with sink, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Private bathroom with shower. Charcoal Grills with each cabin, private patio, with sitting area and your own yard space. All cottages have View of the Lake. Freshly Cleaned after each stay. GUESTS NEED TO BRING TOWELS AND LINEN FOR THEIR STAY. Beds have mattress covers and pillows are provided on the bed, will need to bring pillows for the futon. Pet Friendly - one time $50.00 pet fee.
