Everything is great but I wasn’t a fan of the shower being the middle of the room with water seeping on to the floor whenever you shower

Very good budget-wise. You get what you’re paying for. If you don’t like loud noises or technology (door codes not working multiple times) this stay probably isn’t for you. We stayed in room 201 for a weekend. The room setup doesn’t make sense as the shower is literally in front of the bed, getting the entire floor wet. I understand it could be helpful for someone that is handicapped, but the layout doesn’t make sense. There aren’t any floor mats either, just towels. If you’re wanting to bring food back to the Sonder, there are no microwaves to re-heat the food and the water dispensers provided in the hallways on each floor don’t have “hot” water. You get free tea and coffee, but you’re also paying for the quality (free = low quality) Customer service was friendly and helpful. Appreciate the cleanliness upon entering my room. Would I stay here again? Only If I was budget conscious, yes. This is a stellar location, super central, great walking distance for everything you need .

The good: The location is great and the facilities are very clean. The storage is excellent to make space in the room as it's small. It's secure, safe, and super convenient. Amazon Fresh next door made it super easy to get food for example, and restaurants and cafes everywhere. The not good: Someone mentioned this in feedback previous, I ignored it, and I can't emphasise it more. The room is next to the front door, literally just 1 step. As such the heavy building front door is very loud. It sounds like someone is coming in the room through the door quite often, which makes for disrupted sleep and jump scares. Other notes: The room was an accessibility based room, so the layout is strange, the shower is 4 feet from the bed with only a shower curtain dividing for example. It works, it's clean, but it was not what I expected.

Small studio but super responsive staff and has everything you need and most important had AC unit.
