Overall stay was pleasant, pretty good for a 4 month stay, The room I was in is right next to the kitchen / conmen area so you have to take that into account, that other guests can be noisy (if your a light sleeper) as there’s no sound prevention. The place being clean also depends on other guests as there was times where the bins would over flow the day after the care taker comes round. But as for the toilets and showers they are always clean! There was a Rat problem while I was there but it was delt with accordingly. The location is amazing for exploring the country as you have acsess to a main line MRT right in your doorstep though city square mall. Overall I would recommend staying if your there for 2-3months

Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Zimmerwände waren beim Einzug schmutzig und es roch stark nach Farbe. Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Weitestgehend saubere gemeinschaftsflächen. Mäuse und Ratten in der Wohnung, Gastgeber versucht aber dagegen vorzugehen. Sehr höflicher Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und hat sich jedem Problem zeitnah angenommen

A nice and hospitable host. The accommodation is as it is in the picture. Rooms at the extreme may often be disturbed by noise from shops at the basement of the building.
