This is a beautiful ground floor apartment moments from the sea with a lovely large private enclosed private outdoor patio/garden area. It provides the perfect space for guests to recharge, relax and unwind on their holiday at all times of the year. The apartment is appointed with luxurious furnishings, linens and is extremely well equipped with all the items and those "little touches" that will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. This is a unique and very spacious ground floor apartment moments from the sea and beautiful sandy beach. The property can sleep up to 4 or 5 including a baby in a cot. The property is very spacious with a large and well equipped kitchen, utility, various storage cupboards, large lounge/dining area, 2 bedrooms (one king and one twin) and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite). It has a large private patio/garden area which is perfect for those bringing their much loved dog. It really is a special place which is why many of our guests come back year after year. The property benefits from a private parking space. Lovely apartment in a great village and just 5 mins from the beach. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you’d ever need.
Our stay at Lucinda’s apartment was better than we hoped. It was beautifully clean and tidy in the kitchen/diner/living room. The two bedrooms were immaculately clean as were the bathrooms. Excellent and easy to use showers as were the kitchen appliances. There was a nice basket full of goodies to enjoy as well. The position of the apartment meant that we could easily walk to the sea within a minute, and to the Ship Inn with its excellent restaurant and fish and chip outlet. Lucinda was great with her communication with us and responded quickly when messaged. If you like the Norfolk Coast then this is a perfect place for a stay. We hope to stay again. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again Lucinda for allowing us to stay.
Very clean well equipped and spacious ground floor flat. Off road parking and easy access to beach. We liked the private patio area which would have been good for drying clothes if the weather had been better, the washer/dryer we were expecting turned out to be just a washer. We got the hang of the security locks and found the bins by the other side of the house from the flat. Lucinda was very helpful and we enjoyed the stay very much.
The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. A real home from home. Highly recommended.
A great apartment with spacious open plan living with everything you need, and a little bit more. It is a stone's throw from the beach which is great for walking and/or letting the dog.

Mundesley is a lovely place to stay with shops, cafes and a beautiful sandy beach with traditional beach huts lining the promenade.
There is a post office, pharmacy, butcher, greengrocer, Tesco Express and other cafe's, pubs and shops a short walk from the property.
There is the Ship pub a few minutes walk away serving great food with a large garden area overlooking the sea.
North Walsham and Cromer train stations are close by and connect to Norwich or other coastal towns for those wishing to visit other areas along the coast. The coastal hopper bus also runs along the coast.
There are a large number of excellent places to eat within a short drive of the property including places such as the famous Gunton Arms on the deer park.
Private car parking space at the property. Local bus routes also within walking distance of the property. The coastal bus hopper runs along the coast line.
The property is 8 miles from Cromer and less than 15 minutes drive from North Walsham. Both of these towns have train stations which connect to Norwich/London as well as many other areas.
