Hello…My family and I adore this part of Brighton - conveniently situated in the heart of Preston Park and the Fiveways area - it is literally the best of both worlds: superb neighbourhood, lovely parks, a great selection of local independent stores, local bakeries, artisan cafes, gastro pubs, hair salons, convenient stores, cash point, post office and many more on your doorstep. The vibrant North Laines is just a 20 min walk. Regular and well connected bus services are available just around the corner. London Road/Preston Park/Brighton train station are all easily accessible by foot. We have moved houses in the past 30 years but all within a short walk in this wonderful neighbourhood.
