Beautiful condo, everything was comfortable and the property is very secure. We cooked breakfast in the morning (there are two grocery store options in walking distance) and the condo had sufficient utensils. With two living room areas, the rooftop pool/lounge area and the outdoor hammock there was always some where comfortable to hang out. The bedrooms all have large closets and great bathrooms. The beds were comfortable but there could be better pillows on the beds (king size bed was pretty good for pillows). One comment on the bathrooms... There is only one temperature for the water and it isn't hot, honestly it was so hot outside no one minded a semi cold shower but if you need hot water it's something to think about. Also, we had to stagger our showers or we ran out of water. The property is quiet and the amenities are very nice. We had a team of hostesses and a group chat so someone was always available if you had a question. They were very helpful and had good recommendations.

The townhouse was generally pretty comfortable for our stay. Very well air conditioned, beds are plentiful and comfortable. Filtered water tank with cold & hot water was invaluable, as was the laundry machine. The community amenities (gym and pool) are great. One of the security guards for the complex also was super helpful when we needed to change a flat tire (he basically jumped in and installed the spare for us). Host team was pretty responsive in helping us restock items during our extended stay. That all said though, there are a number of things that could really use some maintenance work. The showers were quite varied in their ability to maintain water pressure and heat. Two of the toilets often needed the the float to be manually pushed down to refill the tank. The front gate seems like it's supposed to be motorized, but it had to be manually pushed open and closed during our stay. The place is close to great, but not quite there. Fixing the showers would go a long way.
