A quiet 2 Bedroom Townhouse within a gated community with triple pool area in the sought after area of Dona Pepa. A short walk away there is local bars and restaurants. Is also ideally located for walking into the town of Cuidad Quesada for a wider choice of eateries, shops and banks. The property is ground floor and has front and back outside space and also a rooftop solarium with furniture provided. Inside all you need for a comfortable stay with hot and cold air conditioning, wifi and TV. Open plan kitchen and living room space with 2 separate bedrooms all with air conditioning and a bathroom. Front shaded balcony with seating area and a separate back space leading up to private solarium area.

Everything was perfect, everything you needed, home from home, lovely welcome from a lovely lady
Lovely two bedroom bungalow on a really nice complex with swimming pool only metres from your front gate. The bungalow is well equipped with all that you could want for an enjoyable holiday including beach chairs, towels, cool box etc, plus a kitchen with everything you need and a TV with English channels. Plenty of outdoor space and friendly neighbours opposite. Georgina is an excellent host and is very quick to respond to all your needs, as is Judith the key holder who we did have to contact a couple of times, but nothing was too much trouble to her whatever the time of day. If we were to stay in the area again we would definitely look for Georgina's place before any other and would recommend to others too. Coopers bar just across the road from the complex is well worth a visit with something going on most nights and excellent entertainment at the weekends.
Felt right at home during our long stay. Communication was spot on. Bars across road and it was only a short walk to Quesada.
we went to this area as we are looking to purchase a retirement property in the near future . we chose this property for its ideal location , being in walking distance to the town centre and nearby bars and restaurants. we wanted a house rather than an apartment. so paid more than we could of. we got clear instructions from georgina that we would be met by judith with keys on arrival. she will be our first call in we needed anything and will clean , when we left ( fee payable) we found everything as said. the tv digital box needs to be upgraded and outside light fixed. apart. we told georgina it wasnt a problem as we would be out for most of our stay. This property is ideal for a couple or small family. it has a double bed and 2 single beds , nice kitchen with plenty of equipment, nice bathroom with good shower. washing machine and great solarium and front porch . is a great holiday home which would be perfect when the amazing pool area was usage in the warmer months.
