Comments, in random order. - I would have expected the air conditioning to be on at least half an hour prior to the 1400 hours check-in. The place, given it's container casing, was an inferno. - While on ACs. Only two functioning remote controls for the entire facility. - No tea, coffee self service. Out of service kettle on sideboard. On day 2, there was a small frog perched on the kettle. No tea, coffee, sugar, creamer etc. - No tissue papers. - In spite of the adequate notice and at least three discussions with the nominated individuals (Prerna and Baptist - names not mentioned on the airbnb site but communicated later), they were completely unprepared for the requested barbecue. - Barbecue was requested at 1900 hours, but finally served after 2100 hours. No pork sausages as requested, only one chicken type marinate instead of two requested. Chicken sausages were burnt on the outside, uncooked inside. Chicken was more bones than meat. - Fly infested. Only one solitary fly/bug catcher perched above the main door. - No car parking on premises. - Initially the host was mentioned as Srishti Sareen. Changed later to Nishant Jeetendra. The staff mentioned yet another lady as the Owner. The day-to-day management was supposed to be with Prerna (not available onsite) and Baptist. Prerna never answered phones initially. Bottom line, did not know who is actually responsible. - Bath gel missing in bathrooms. When pointed out the next day, the dispensers were filled up with hand soap from cheap refill packs. - No chairs at the poolside. Only lounging chairs. The living room upholstery was unwashed and dirty. One chair with smudge marks was covered in a white unwashed bed-sheet. - Furniture heavy and crude. Made of wooden planks. No storage space in bathroom for toiletries. No storage space for personal belongings in rooms (lots of clothes hangers, though). - TV not functioning until pointed out. Finally worked. Amazon Firestick available. - No ramp for for my father-in-law who requires wheelchair access. No wheelchair. - The side facing the west is covered with unsightly black drapes from outside to protect from sunshine. The facility does not look even a fraction as pretty as shown in the pictures. - Baptist provided a list of groceries purchased without any supporting bills. No transparency. - We were prepared to carry our own branded safe bottled drinking water. However, we were told that good quality bottled water would be available free at the facility. At the facility we were told that bottled water is not free. Later, it was provided free after we protested. However, the brands were unheard of and of questionable quality. - Airbnb should conduct periodic surprise audits to decide whether this facility ought to use the Airbnb brand.

Lovely property by the river. We enjoyed the stay. The cook cooked some amazing food. The swimming pool was kind of dirty & the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working.

This place is beautifully located and looks exactly like the pictures. We were very happy to spend quality time at the property. The space is truly huge and accommodates many people. It has been planned well for bigger groups to enjoy and relax together. We enjoyed the pool on a typical summer pre-evening and the pavilion for a very windy night. All the facilities mentioned work except for the Wi-Fi which is jumpy but we just didn’t care. The place is pretty breathtaking to bother with being in touch with the world outside. The caretaker, Nandini is a darling and assists with whatever one needs. All the caretakers were proactive and didn’t ever make us feel unwelcome. The international cuisine cooked by the chef is very delicious. Worth trying the Thai food.

highly recommended, a wonderful stay at the villa. care takers are quite polite, food was excellent (prepared as per your choice), very clean and spacious rooms, well maintained swimming pool and a great natural view with and amazing tryst with nature.

Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was amazing and were accommodating of all our requests. The TV was unusable since firestick was not working when we went there and since we had kids with us it would have helped to keep occupied but it wasn't that big a deal.
