Todd was an excellent host! He promptly responded to questions that I had before the trip. Upon arriving, there was an issue with the smart lock and Todd came within minutes to open the unit, quickly reset the lock, and provide us with helpful welcome information and tips. The location was perfect! Nearby is a walking path along the sound where morning walks and nightly sunset viewing is a must! I actually enjoyed the peacefulness of being on the sound side versus the beach. Although, the beach was still only a quick two to three minute drive away where sunrise viewing was equally enjoyable. The unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable! We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and ending our days on the very comfy couch. If you enjoy a good sound system and large tv experience you will love it here. I highly recommend Todd’s place and look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a blast on our spring break vacation. It was as if we stepped into a magazine. This beautiful home was super clean with lots of amenities. Todd responded to our questions fast and we could not ask for a better host. I can’t wait to get this house again.

Todd’s place was immaculate! The decor is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. We enjoyed the furnishings and the beds/linens are great. The porch was a nice place to relax and the sound was a short distance away. We enjoyed evening walks to watch the sunset. My hubby loved the 85 inch TV and sound system. We had a great stay and look forward to visiting again.

This property was exactly as described -- basically two master suites, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other with the restroom conveniently next door to the bedroom. Very private whichever room you choose. Very comfortable space for chilling in front of the huge TV or dining in the open concept dining room. Whether you're coming to just cocoon and get away, to explore the Outer Banks, or to experience hang gliding at the home of flight, this place is great. (Personal restaurant recommendations: Ladles Soups in Kill Devil Hills and La Fogata in Kitty Hawk.)
