Antonio’s place was quite convenient considering I was there for a grad school reunion. The check in process was quite a breeze. Would certainly recommend.

We had a nice time staying at Antonio’s condo. It was in a very convenient location: we were able to walk to Duke East Campus and to restaurants in downtown Durham and it was a short drive to Duke West Campus. The large courtyard was a pleasant place to sit and relax with both shaded and sunny areas. The pool in the courtyard looked nice and clean but it turned out not to be open yet for the season. The condo itself was good for our needs — a comfortable place to crash, relax and fix a few simple meals when not going to restaurants. The beds were clean and comfortable. Couch and chairs were clean and comfortable. Bathroom, towels, and kitchen were basic but sufficient and clean. There are a few minor things that could be improved but the one significant thing is a broken window latch on the center living room window that means the unit can’t be completely secured (as of April 2024). It should be an easy repair so perhaps the host can respond when it is fixed.

We stayed at Antonio's place for 1 night for a concert at Motorco. It was exactly what we needed. Affordable, clean, and walking distance to the venue. Instructions to get inside were clear. Would definitely stay again!
