Little Cloverland is located between the villages of Etchinghill and Lyminge on the beautiful North Downs which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lots of walks and public footpaths on its doorstep and excellent bus links to Canterbury, Hythe and Folkestone. There are several pubs, takeaways and restaurants nearby and a golf course within walking distance. You will love the tranquil setting with all the wild life surrounding you during your stay. Little Cloverland is a fully self-contained bungalow located within the grounds of a large property. It is newly listed and refurbished to a high standard with a new bathroom with walk-in shower and modern fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has a beautiful focal fire place and there are Smart TVs in the lounge and bedrooms. There is one main double bedroom with a double bed and a double daybed in the lounge with a further option of a fold-up bed if you have people in your group want separate sleeping arrangements such as a siblings. The Wi-FI and 4G is very fast. There are garden and unspoilt field views from all windows and it is not overlooked. There is a separate private garden for the guests with a BBQ area and beautiful countryside views. There is a large private dedicated parking area.
