Karan was incredibly responsive and available for questions throughout our stay. The home was beautiful and well kept with attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. Additionally, a list of local attractions and phenomenal restaurants was made available. Everything described on the website matched what we encountered and made for a great, relaxing weekend. I would absolutely return to this location for my next visit to the area.

The house itself was okay. There were a few annoyances like having to message host for check-in instructions (door code, wifi password). This is usually sent in a message on the day of arrival but we never received anything. We found old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. No washcloths or hand towels provided. All of the above not really a big deal. The major disappointment was the hot tub. When we arrived, it was powered off and the water was cold. We let her know this and she said to turn it on at the breaker and set the temp. We did this but it did not heat up - by the next morning it was only 77 degrees and flashing an error message. Again told her this and she kept referring us to the instructions in the listing which we were already following. I told her multiple times it wasn't heating and first she blamed previous guest and then radio silence. So we paid premium for this place, especially for the hot tub and it was unusable. No apology, no resolution.

The house is lovely and in a very peaceful part of town. Easy walk to the lake (there is a little shortcut through the woods you can easily spot from the beach) and close to town. Place in cute and clean, host was very communicative. 100% would stay again!
