It’s a good place for family, there’s 2 large tables inside and outside that you can eat and gather. Very peaceful area, right on the lake. We chose a place in Caliraya where you do not need to ride a boat but has lake access because we have a senior in wheelchair, and this place met those criteria. It’s an old house but its clean and the bathrooms are newly renovated with central water heater, you need hot water with the Caliraya weather especially in December. Great for big families/groups since there’s only one bedroom with lots of beds and everybody can stay together. It’s easy to find, its just that we didn’t go to the 2nd left turn after entering the subdivision. Lots of parking space out front. The balcony is such a nice place to just chill, read a book and enjoy the scenery. Short drive from restaurants, in case you want to eat out.

Charming waterfront lakehouse. Very spacious and conducive to family bonding. Whether preparing meals in their well appointed and breezy kitchen, or enjoying the view of the lake from any of the comfy seating by the balcony. House is very spacious and the backyard is well kept. Fall asleep to the sounds of a lush forest-y area surrounding the house. Or go stargazing in one of the verandas. They also have a telescope for peeking into whats across the lake. More pros the cons, the latter being the strong smell of a dead rat in the living room and the presence of wood borer dust in the shared bedroom. Overall, still an enjoyable stay that’s worth repeating.

Well maintained lovely lake house. We enjoyed kayaking in the lake. Overnight stay wouldn’t be enough.
