Karren was very responsive and communicated really well with me. Moreover, she was very lenient with the check in and check out time. Great place! Good way to disconnect from the city.

The accommodation was consistent with the descriptions and images provided. The location is ideal for relaxation, digital detox, and reconnection with nature, as there is no cellular signal. However, Wi-Fi is accessible at the reception area, which is a short walk from the cabin. The only aspect that fell short during my stay was the overall communication. I had explicitly made a reservation to use the hot tub prior to my arrival and provided multiple reminders. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the staff was unaware of my reservation and had accepted another booking from a walk-in guest. Although Karen was courteous and attempted to rectify the situation, the manner in which it was handled was disappointing. Another thing is the use of the kitchen. It was stated in the listing that it was free, but to our surprise, there's a P200 LPG charge which was not mentioned upon checking in. We don't mind paying, but making us aware would have been helpful.

The place was definitely nice. The ambiance, just how I expected it to be. I hope there would be restaurant where we can order. But, if you have food to cook there is a kitchen where you can cook naman and ihawan. There is a wide space, however the parking space is not yet fixed. If there is an emergency you have to wait for the vehicle nearest to the gate to get out first before the vehicle farthest to the gate can get out. It could have been better if the parking space will be paved na. The reason why we can’t park in the grassy portion is because the vehicle might be stuck due to softness of the land. Just bring insect repellant as there are insects but there is insect swatter in the room. If you want to enjoy the amenities tell the caretaker right away so that you can be scheduled. Lastly, the river has not much water, dun sa may rocky portion. I was just expecting that river has sufficient water, I was ready to swim but the water was scanty. But that’s just for me. Over all good!

Stayed at the Loboc cabin by the river with my partner. The view was serene, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. However, the staff could use more training. While they welcomed us at the gate, there was a lack of greeting and guidance upon arrival. No one briefed us on amenities or their availability. The kitchen amenities also proved inadequate for the number of guests the property can accomodate; waiting for others to finish before accessing facilities was frustrating. It would be best enjoyed when the property isn't crowded. Additionally, there's limited seating on the balcony, forcing us to improvise for meals. Despite these issues, the property's potential shines when enjoyed in solitude.

We visited the place during holy week. The place was serene and peaceful. And it’s also pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dog with us. They have a big lawn where pets can run around. We even swam in the river with our dog. We loved the Loboc cabin. It had an unobstructed view of the river and the rice paddies. No wifi inside the cabin and the balcony though, which is fine since we want to just relax and disconnect during our visit. The staff were very helpful. They attended to our requests and always checked if we needed anything. One downside was that the kitchen and reception was quite a walk from the cabins, which wasn’t ideal when the sun is up or when it’s raining. You have to go all the way to the reception if you need to reach out to the staff since there’s no signal/wifi in the cabins.
