Wonderful secluded spot, VERY close to the beach. The beach is flat (unlike some Oregon beaches) and favorable for finding WHOLE sand dollars. Kids enjoyed playing in the water (with wet suits😂) and playing in the sand. Easy to walk along. House was very clean, kitchen had all the amenities to cook with as well as a gas grill outside. Perfect for families that cook! Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels, hair dryer, toilet paper and hand soap. Some details to consider, especially traveling as a family: *As a family of 5 - the hot water heater allows about 2 full showers, so be aware in case you are a larger group. *There are no beach supplies; chairs, toys, beach towels, etc. so be sure to bring what you need. *Primary queen bed was fine, but if you are over 40, a mattress topper makes a world of difference. We picked one up at Bi-Mart about 30 minutes away after the 1st night. *Grocery stores and major amenities are 15-30 minutes away, so be sure to prepare. There is a small shop in town but closes early and more of a convenience store. Hot tub and outdoor shower were AMAZING! Having laundry on site is wonderful too, we were able to wash towels and clothes as needed. Hosts are prompt to respond with any questions we had during our stay. Lovely home and would certainly book again.
