My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was quiet, spacious and clean with large bedrooms and ample living spaces. The kitchen was nicely updated but the bathrooms are not (which can be seen in the pics so no ding there). There is plenty of parking, the adult pool was pleasant and clean, the grounds were well maintained, and the location is close to the downtown. Based on some previous reviews and in speaking with a family member who stayed at this complex there were no surprises and everything was as expected from a unit standpoint. Unfortunately, I was disappointed about the attention to detail for what I consider to be necessary furnishings and items in the unit for a comfortable stay. The Wifi is slow. The bottom third of the TV in the second bedroom is pixelated. There were no sharp cooking knives, no cooking spray or cooking oil, no spatula/turner, nor one adequate non-stick frypan in the kitchen. The master bedroom and dining have the annoying LED light bulbs. The four "beach" chairs and two camping chairs are completely inadequate. The umbrella was barely serviceable (missing ground screw-in, bent spindle). Tommy Bahama beach furniture should pretty much be the standard. I suppose none of these items would matter if we didn't need to cook a few quick meals and didn't plan on going to a beach. In Hawaii. But that would be ridiculous. All this could be remedied by a simple eyeball check and a few hundred dollars.

This condo is in a nice spot on the touristy strip of Ali'i street, towards the end so not quite as crowded. The complex is BIG and you have to take multiple elevators/paths to get to your condo, pool, parking garage, etc. There is not beach access, so just be mindful of that. It overlooks the beach but it's rocky and not friendly for swimmers. But the closest beach is just down the road - Honl beach. The condo is well equipped, clean and has a great view of the ocean. The photos were a little misleading because you can't tell how large the complex is, so it took me some time to get used to. But all in all it was a wonderful stay.

It was good overall. It had a great view and enough room. However, the restrooms weren’t renovated and the beach towels were old. The kitchen and appliances were nice and new.
