Liberty-style apartment with the typical Salento charm, a five-minute walk from Piazza Sant'Oronzo. Finished with star vaults, decorated floors, and finely furnished. Equipped with every comfort, it is located just a few meters from the historic center of Lecce, allowing you to explore the city on foot. The accommodation provides the perfect solution for families, couples, and small groups. We are equally delighted to welcome professionals and students seeking independent accommodation in Lecce. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is a twin room with single beds, a bathroom with sanitary fixtures and a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Inside, you will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The strategic location and the provided comforts make this apartment ideal for a pleasant experience during your visit to Lecce.

It's a pretty apartment, huge ceilings and beautiful floors, with this said, it's sad how it feels like you get the absolute bare minimum. Light in the vestibule didn't work, out of 3 lights in the kitchen only 1 light was working, one bulb we had to change ourselves because we were cooking in the dark. Some of the pots are so scratched that are dangerous to use, no wine opener (we had to request one and they provided it) no salt, no trash bags, no oil. If you use the oven and stove and have the Ac on, the electricity will turn off, having to restart it. But the worst, truly, is the communication with the host, I asked for instructions for the waste disposal and he sent me a cut and paste portion of the house rules (half of them don't even apply to this property) that he had already sent and that provided no information, after telling him that I still could not find the info in the house, he never responded again. Maybe ok for a couple of days, definitely not comfortable for longer.

Good location, nice large and cool apartment. Above a great restaurant and good air conditioning. Apart from no toilet roll in the apartment, there were good amenities. WiFi worked well in the main bedroom but not in the smaller bedroom. Overall a great stay - thanks Pierluigi

So close to everything, relatively easy and cheap parking around the block- Nice for long stays. Highly recommend!

Abbiamo gradito molto la permanenza, il B&b è situato in una posizione ottima, a 2 passi dal centro di Lecce. Pulizia e comunicazione impeccabili. Consigliato!
