Kim is a wonderful host. There were some issues when I arrived that needed sorting out. All were resolved later that day. Some more instructions were needed which will hopefully be added for next guests. Only suggestion for bigger parties of guests more kitchen equipment needed. Loved the views and garden. New master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous! A delight to meet Kim too!

Very spacious house, very clean, great location, great views. Only negative was the house was listed as three bedrooms and it only had two. The two bedrooms were very spacious and both had large double beds but as we travelled as a family of five with two older teenagers who like their own space it didn’t work for us. We use Air Bnb regularly and don’t really like to give negative feedback but the single bed that was listed wasn’t really a full single (ikea day bed, which didn’t have the second pull out mattress) and the sofa bed which was listed was of very poor quality and very uncomfortable and in my opinion not fit for someone to sleep on. Both of these beds were presented in one large communal area on the first floor, which doubles as a family seating area and didn’t offer any privacy whatsoever. All in all a nice place to stay and we would stay there again if the above issues were resolved

Great host, lovely home, fantastic garden, amazing views of sea and sunrise. Peaceful and quite location, large spacious and light property, spotless clean, good bedding and comfy beds, parking on the drive out front - will be returning.

The house has amazing views of the sea and a fantastic large garden. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The road is quiet and parking in the drive.
