Amazing accommodation in a stunning location. Secluded property surrounded by lambs. Access is through fields opening and closing a couple of gates which was fun and very clear instructions. Very well equipped, everything and more that we needed. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.

Fantastic location, peaceful, beautiful views with wonderful walks literally on the doorstep. The walk into Grasmere doesnt take long and is also a lovely walk.The property was cosy and had everything we needed. we were sorry to leave!

Really beautiful converted, cosy barn, in an idyllic spot. Loved the log burner, great for cooking, superb views on all sides, lovely pubs and shops in the village nearby, and most of all the walks ( and swims for those who chose to !) from the door onto the surrounding mountains. Perfect Lake District Holiday. Also great communication re our small queries. The surrounding sheep are also a lovely feature !

Lovely cottage hidden away from Grasmere, but right on some great walking routes up onto the fells straight from the door. Very well equipped cottage, with a high standard finish throughout. Exactly what you want when escaping the hoards, and was lovely to stay in even when the weather was not on our side

Beautiful place in an isolated location apart from owners' house. Very modern and smart in a stunning location. Would be overlooked a lot by owners of adjoining property had they been there, and shared garden. But owners were absent. Access is down several tracks and through farm gates. It was lovely but full of large puddles because of rain, so wellies and hiking boots a must. Lovely 25 minute walk along a stream to Grasmere and an amazing hike from the door to nearby tarn and beyond. Good communication with property managers. Loved the wood stove and you can use the owners' wood on the stove. Booths supermarket in Windermere was a treat for food. Overall, an amazing break.
