A real farm house with fantastic views and a convenient position for a holiday in Grasmere. It was good to be able to leave the car at Goody Bridge Farm and walk into the village.

Awsome place to start offroading in the lake district. Lots of privacy in the apartment and very good beds to sleep in.wifi available but weak signalen.

Ann's cottage in Grasmere was absolutely fantastic. Exactly as advertised with loads of space, great amenities, comfy beds and with many walks straight from the door. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to visit this beautiful part of the Lakes.

Goody Bridge farm is a character property on the outskirts of Grasmere. It is spacious (two sitting rooms, large kitchen) and comfortable (dishwasher, nice beds). I especially loved the rain shower which can be switched on before entering the bathroom, so it is warm when you get in. Check-in went smoothly, Grasmere is within walking distance and there are lovely walks to be made from the front door. As it is an older property it has some low beams and doorways: my dad bumped his head a few times, but that was the only minor hiccup during an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommended!

This is a great location just a short walk from Grasmere. The village even in August was not so crowded and had a small but nice selection of shops. The farmhouse itself was spacious (for four of us), clean and characterful. Highly recommended!
