This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ben’s apartment and it has to be one of the cleanest, tidiest, comfortable places I’ve been. You couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Cape. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything in great condition. This place checks all the boxes - comfort, convenience, value, location, great amenities and more. We will be back again! The next time I will remember to bring earplugs, as with a great downtown location you also get street noise.

Need to check in early, host was very accommodating. The place was very nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

We came to Cape Girardeau to watch the Eclipse. We got lucky not only because the weather was perfect, but this rental was perfect. It was perfectly located downtown by the river and close to breweries and restaurants. We watched the Eclipse from the back deck with our puppy. It was so perfect!! Thank you for sharing your place with us. We had the perfect Eclipse experience with perfect weather and the perfect accommodations.
