All beds are 10 inch memory foam, two of which are king beds, topped with down comforters and plush pillows. The apartment is part of an historic apartment building in downtown Cape Girardeau. With curtains open, the space is bright and welcoming but room darkening blinds have been installed in all bedrooms which are able to block out most, if not all, ambient light as needed. Walking distance to SEMO campus and the river front, the property is just under one mile to Southeast Hospital, a three minute drive, and just under three miles to Saint Francis Medical Center, about an eight minute drive. This is Apartment 3. Entrance is up a flight of stairs to the left as you enter a shared courtyard. The main level is above a commercial storefront. As the courtyard is shared, please respect that other tenants may be sleeping at any hour of the day depending on their work schedule. Two of the six beds are twin futons.
