We stayed at two places that Monica is the host for and both places were perfect. Great location, very spacious, perfect for our group of 6 people.

Great location, close to convention center and activities. Very spacious place, great for a group, great amenities, walkable to restaurants. The unit is in a very nice community, no issues there. Unfortunately we did have maintenance issues during our stay (leak from unit above- not their fault, but huge inconvenience as it left one toilet unusable for the majority of our stay, sugar ants in the kitchen, freezer not making ice- I never mentioned, just bought a bag to use as that was a lower priority) They were pretty responsive but didn't offer any resolutions like a different unit, late checkout or stay credit which would have been a nice gesture to make up for the inconveniences. Without the maintenance issues, it would have been a perfect place, so would stay again if all was fixed.

Great location and space. Easy to access and convenient for those attending conferences at OCCC. Would stay again.
