Listing state it would sleep 4. The couch futon is not a bed! We ended up purchasing air mattresses for our kids to each have a bed to sleep on. Our teen son tried to sleep on the futon for one night and it kept tipping over and was really too short for him to sleep without being at a 45 degree angle across it. Definitely could not sleep two people unless they were two small children. The place needed some TLC, doors wouldn’t open to the deck/patio, bed frame and furniture were wobbly, the laundry door was off and just leaning against a wall, dry vent wasn’t connected so all hot air and lint blew back into the house. When we arrived some had just left and the cleaning crew had just finished. All the linens were put away still wet! Dishwasher with dirty dishes was running. So it didn’t feel very relaxing when we arrived, I felt like I was at home doing house chores rather than being on my vacation. Lastly, there is another AirBNB next door that shares a driveway with this unit

We were very happy with our stay!! We arrived after dark so the drive was hard to find but great after that! Kitchen looked great just didn’t have an occasion to use it. Loved sitting on the peaceful deck! And saw a bit of the wildlife-a deer and a gorgeous red tail hawk. Would definitely recommend!!

We had such a great stay here! The space was great the location made it super relaxing! You do have to drive a bit for food or what have you but it was ok with us. The only thing was the step down to the living room we def biffed it on the way up once. It almost needs like movie theatre lighting on the floor or something. Either way it was a great space and we brought some HelloFresh with us so we did some cooking and chillin and it was perfect. Thanks so much! It was exactly what we needed!

Adam’s place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, nice deck and very private. I felt like I lived there. And an added bonus…it has a world class shower. Would highly recommend. I plan to be in Kansas City twice a year and hope I can stay here again. Thanks Adam and Lexi.

The place is beautiful and very private and away from inner city hub. Close to Parkville with lots to do. The surrounding landscape with nature was lovely. Early morning coffee on the upper balcony I saw deer & other wildlife. I loved it! I would definitely stay there again. Communication from host very prompt.
