We had a wonderful stay! This house was not within walking distance to Oriental but it was a short drive over the bridge! Wonderful house with fenced in yard. House had everything we needed. Beautiful sunrise in the morning!

Loved staying at this great home on the water. We brought our boat and the slip was right in front of the house which made it so easy to load and board for our daily activities on the water. Also appreciated the fenced in yard for the dog. Thank you Beth Frazier and Associates for a wonderful stay!

Lovely home perfect for your boat (deep water boat slip) and your fur babies. It had a fenced in yard with a firepit, and a beautiful view of the marina of sailboats on the Neuse River. Inside was very clean, spacious and it had a large laundry room so I didn't have to bring dirty clothes back home which is a definite plus. The upstairs area was open with lots of windows to enjoy the view and play games with the family. All 3 bedrooms are on the ground level so that made it easy to carry in items. The primary bedroom is large and has 2 large closets and a large primary bathroom. As you step out of the glass doors of the primary bedroom, there is a covered deck with a porch swing to enjoy. One side note in case you are not an early riser, there is a neighbor a few homes down that has a rooster. If you like fresh shrimp, that same home has a shrimping business and will sell you some. We would definitely recommend this home.

When we arrived at the property I was pleasantly surprised and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Amazing view of the marina/sound, spacious Great Room for everyone to comfortably hang out, house smelled fresh/clean, beds/pillows/linens/comforters were super comfy(slept so good) and a fenced in yard for our dog. It even has a slip for the boat (We didn’t bring ours because it was January) This place is Wonderful, my family and I will always have good memories of this vacation.
