Great location and lots of space for a great aunt/cousin weekend! great view of the sunrise over the lake with a cup of coffe and room for us to relax and enjoy some laughs.

It was just perfect. The house was big enough for us all. Karin was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook at home for most of our meals. We fished off the dock and caught many sunnies. She also let us use the canoe and life jackets which really made the vacation extra special. It was a very fun trip!

We stayed with our six children ages 16-newborn for five days. Plenty of individual bed space- that’s hard to find, it seems. Kids loved the bunk beds. And mom and dad loved having a separate private bedroom. It was nice having lake access at the house. The lake water was ok (but we stayed late summer during a dry year) but the lake is huge and was very quiet, although the depth varies greatly all throughout the lake. Not too great for swimming right by the house- the water is shallow and kind of weedy, and there is no beach. The kids swam quite a bit off the boat out in the lake. They caught several fish right off the dock. The house itself, while plain, suited us well and had most everything we needed. Quiet location. Beautiful sunrise and quiet in the mornings. The baby and Mom spent quite a bit of time in the house and didn’t hear any outside noise at all.
