We only had one night open to schedule a girls getaway. This was a great place & we hope to come back and stay longer.
Very proactive in reaching out before hand and quick responses when you have questions.the place itself was Lovely, lots of space and cozy! Place is great for the kiddos having the community area with games and pool only wish it was open a later then 9pm but that was just a little thing. Also has beautiful view from the villa of the water with a nice shore line! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Great place for a girl’s weekend! We will be back!

Free docking and a private boat access. There is great fishing off the docks, or pontoon and fishing boat rentals are available. The resort is located in the heart of the Alexandria Chain of Lakes. Only steps from the sandy shoreline of Lake Darling, guests can enjoy two separate beaches, swim in the lake, play lawn games, grill and have camp fires, or go out and explore all 11 lakes connected together. Surrounded by golf courses, Carlos Creek Winery, walking, biking and snowmobile trails, a downhill ski resort, ice arenas, and just minutes from downtown Alexandria, Lake Darling Resort is the perfect destination for a getaway all year round."
