Quiet home, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub under the stars! Relax and enjoy at this peaceful mid-century ranch. Fully equipped kitchen renovated March 2024, TVs in bedrooms, beautiful three-season room. Incredible backyard for your dogs: large, partially wooded, fully fenced- a playground for pets. Patio with bbq, table and chairs, and fire pit with s’mores supplies. Breakfast included- eggs, bacon, bread, butter, orange juice, and muffins. My goal is a five star experience for you! Living room, dining room with dining for four to six, first bedroom with a queen sized bed, second bedroom/den with a double sized sofa bed and two twin beds. Let me know what sleeping arrangements you want, and I’ll have the beds made up for you. I add a luxury mattress topper on the sofa bed- it is very comfortable. This is a great place for families with children. I have toys and games for all ages. Let me know your children’s ages and I will make sure to have something for everyone. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub with glass doors. The house is not large, but very nice for two couples and a child or two! The hot tub is in the backyard and very private. I provide robes, slippers, and oversized towels to make it a great experience. There is also a small outdoor fireplace, and I provide DuraFlame logs, so it’s easy to start the fire. If it’s too cold or rainy to enjoy being outdoors, you can use the indoor s’mores maker instead! There’s a gas barbecue that can used winter and summer. The backyard is fully fenced, so you can let your dog out the back door anytime. I can’t guarantee squirrels to chase, but I provide peanuts to encourage their presence! I provide the basics for breakfast, baking and cooking: a Keurig coffee maker and a variety of coffees, hot cocoa, and also a variety of teabags and honey. In the refrigerator you will find milk, eggs, bread and butter. I like to leave muffins or a pastry, so if you have a preference, please let me know. I add every detail that I can think of you make your stay a luxury experience!
