Jamie's studio apt is exactly as described. lots of character and although a studio, well appointed. King size bed especially comfortable. I did have problems with understanding the keypads as something I haven't come across in the UK, but Jamie very accommodating and very prompt in replying to my 'numpty' questions. I know the downtown area quite well and it is beautiful at this time of year with the blossom etc. The Riverside is very walkable from this apartment (excellent for the solar eclipse!) as is the best independent coffee shop in town. I come to Evansville twice a year and would look to stay here again.

This was a great stay! Kind of sad I was not able to do my whole 13 weeks here. I would definitely recommend:) Jamie responded promptly and made sure any questions/concerns I had were answered or addressed.

A cozy spot near multiple restaurants and bars, and a very walkable area! We really enjoyed our stay here and will keep this spot in mind for future visits!

Both Jamie and Tyler are amazing. It is easy to see the hard work that has been put into this beautiful home. The attention to detail to ensure every thing that may be needed are here and ready to use is a very nice touch. This is prfect for short and long term stays. I highly recommend this home and garauntee you will not be disappointed!
