The huge covered private deck overlooks the evergreen trees and Little Spokane River and offers a fire pit table and cozy furniture. It is where you will want to begin and end each day of your stay. Our Guesthouse is an entire, self-contained, stylish, living unit that we have furnished, decorated, and equipped for the comfort of our guests whether for a short or extended stay. Our newly remodeled unit was completed with your comfort in mind. To ensure a quiet stay, we installed theatre room quality soundproofed ceilings throughout the unit. We've created a home away from home with features that include, a brand new kitchen, pantry, laundry room, 2 huge bedrooms, a great room, dining area, and private covered deck overlooking the evergreen woods and the Little Spokane River. Overall size: The Guesthouse is approximately 1800 square feet of living space. Evergreen Room: Our largest bedroom with a picture window overlooking the evergreen trees is the perfect spot to relax during your stay. This room offers a king-sized bed with 2 pillows per guest, and brand new luxurious bedding that includes a duvet and cozy blankets. Settle in during your stay with an enormous closet with full length mirrors, a dresser, 2 night stands with touch sensor lighting and USB ports, and a super comfortable 3 cushion couch. If you need to work while during your stay this room offers well lit nook with a full desk, office chair, and a power strip. Fireplace Room: A large bedroom with a gas fireplace offers a beautiful view of the miles of evergreen trees. This room offers a king-sized bed with 2 pillows per guest and luxurious bedding that includes a duvet and cozy blankets. Additionally, this room offers an XL twin with cozy bedding and pillows. Settle in to your comfortable room with a large closet with hangers, full length mirror, 2 nightstands with lamps that include USB charging ports. A small desk and a bench seat can be used for makeup or some quick remote work, offers you everything you need for your home away from home. The fireplace in this room adds a cozy ambiance, but does get warm to the touch. For safety, the gas fireplace will be turned off if a reservation include small children. The unit has central heat - this cozy fireplace is for ambiance and secondary heat only. Private Covered Deck: Sitting on our 500+ sq. ft. of covered deck you'll be surrounded by string lights and take in the breathtaking views of miles of evergreen trees and the Little Spokane River. Early mornings and at dusk you'll catch glimpses of deer, turkey, quail, birds, and the occasional moose! You'll enjoy all this beauty from our firepit table that comfortably seats six, or from our conversation space with a huge area rug, a comfy 3 cushion couch, 2 rocking chairs, and a coffee table. This is the spot you'll want to begin and end each day of your stay. Bathroom: There is one large bathroom with a shower over the deep soaking tub, double sinks, and spacious countertop vanities, lots of drawers, and under cabinet storage. There are ample towel bars for air drying towels after a shower. The deep soaking tub has a built-in hand grip. There is a shower curtain, and a simplehuman triple shower pump with Neutrogena and SheaMoisture Products. Kitchen: The brand new kitchen includes white cabinets, butcher block counters, an electric range, oven, microwave with hood vent, and a stainless steel refrigerator. Our coffee cart offers a Keurig coffee maker, electric water kettle, and few K-cups to get your first morning off to a great start! Small appliances include an a Ninja blender, crockpot, toaster, and electric mixer. Brand new dishware, and top brand names like T-Fal, Cuisinart, Farberware, Pyrex, Hamilton Beach, and Calphalon for cookware, bakeware, utensils, silverware, food storage, mixing bowls, kitchen knives, steak knives, deluxe wooden salad bowl and serving spoons, beverage glasses, wine glasses. We want you to enjoy the deck - so we have provided safe glassware for you to enjoy fireside. The kitchen does not have an automatic dishwasher, but there is a dish dryer rack and plenty of counter space. Paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning equipment and supplies are provided for our guests to tidy up throughout their stay. All trash bins are lined with plastic bags, with extra bags in the bottom of each container. The kitchen can offers a double canister so you can separate your trash and recyclable items. Great room: The spacious great room features fully opening french doors that allow you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living onto the private covered deck. Relax on our super comfortable 3 cushion couch, 2 armchairs, an area rug, a wall hung 65" flat-screen TV with wall console below. Your home away from home is furnished with beautiful decor and art throughout. The dining area includes a table and 4 cushioned chairs plus two cushioned bar stools for extra seating at the open kitchen bar area. The laundry room has a full-size stacking washer and dryer. Laundry detergent pods, fragrance beads, and fabric softener sheets provided. An ironing board and steam iron are in the linen closet. A full size laundry basket is provided for your convenience.
