We arrived early yesterday and saw that the room was not finished, but Janette soon let people clean up. Many times, Janette is quick to reply or answer the phone, but the heating is very cold, and janette has not help us solve this problem. After 4 PM, they seemed to stop working, no one answered the reserved emergency call, and three of their companions were caught a cold. This point needs to be corrected.

What a fantastic place, for a group of friends looking to enjoy a brief break to Blackpool it was the perfect base. A particular perk had to be the basement cinema / games room for our group. The pleasure beach was in walking distance as were local amenities like bars, shops and the promenade with access to Trams if required. Would definitely visit again and Janette provided prompt and accurate responses to all our enquiries.

Great venue lovely house would 💯 rebook, slight downside dishwasher didn’t work and oven was frustratingly slow. Everything else was perfect

Beautiful home with everything you need available 😁 the children were very pleased with the cinema room. when we were in the house we hardly saw them. The house is within a few minutes walk to the prom its an ideal place to stay .would definitely recommend o anyone
