The house was beautiful, exactly as described! Extremely clean and well equipped for our group of 5. In the intense heat you will definitely need a golf cart or car, even to get down to the condo pools and plaza. I was a bit surprised at the distance to the beach club and the photo looks as if it is white sand, it is not—— it’s dark sand. We visited Tamarindo for the beach, beautiful. One thing to be aware of is the noise from construction , they are building right behind the house. It’s very noisy when you are on the deck doing yoga or trying to enjoy the pool. Luckily our second week coincided with Holy Week and construction stopped so we could see the monkeys and birds that frequent the trees beside the deck We had a great time, management team was more than helpful with arranging cart rental and excursions and answered all our questions in a timely manner. They also booked us a private sailboat for the day which was incredible. Costa Rica is a gorgeous country not to be miss

We had a wonderful stay at the house in Pacifico. Everything exceeded our expectations. We went on some great hikes in the area and even saw some monkeys. Would stay here again.

Chris and his staff were very accommodating and the house was beautiful. Airbnb and the owner listed this house as beach access/beach front, it was not; Airbnb even went to give us a location pin that showed the house on the beach. The house was more than 1 mile from the beach. Beach access there you had to spend $25 per person per day to use it. This is,in my opinion, false advertising. I would not have chose. We had to rent a golf cart to get restaurants and Playa Del Coco since it was about a 15 walk to the pools, pickleball courts and groceries.

We had a wonderful stay at the casa del bosque in Pacifico! The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. We loved the pool and outdoor space and even saw a family of howler monkeys in the trees one day while swimming. They provide lots of towels and the kitchen is very well equipped. The Pacifico gated community is amazing with several other pools and pool bar to enjoy, tennis courts and a kids playground. We also spent a couple days at the beach club which is really nice. There is an extra cost of $25 per person which goes towards food and drink so it’s well worth it. Great cocktails and food! Get there early to grab a good set of loungers. Highly recommend renting a car or golf cart in advance for getting around and it’s important to be aware that the Pacifico community is growing so there is a lot of construction going on, including right behind the house, so there is some noise during the day and starts quite early in the morning. Highly recommend!

My family and I absolutely adored our stay here. The house and location were wonderful. We found ourselves excited to stay around the house and relax by the pool. We even got so see the local howler monkey family in the trees above. The Rich Coast staff were always very kind and responsive throughout the entire stay! They made sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip.
