Great views, swimming pool, house (which was very clean), etc. The host responded right away and was very accommodating. A slight drawback was the floor area around the pool....it could get slippery when wet. Aside from that, I'd highly recommend it!
Beautiful place, the view looks better in person than it does in the pictures. The house is very large, mutiple gates to acces the house for added security and excellent air conditioning. Great extras: super fast communication, many beach towels, laundry room and remote controlled garage. On the last day we had a small problem and the host quickly rectified it. Here are my personal suggestions: stop at the supermarket before getting to the house, rent a 4x4 vehicle so that you can feel safer and more comfortable when driving up the hills and dirt roads to get to this house and "download" the offline map of Guanacaste BEFORE you land in costa rica.
A beautiful property with an amazing view of the Pacific, private and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is huge and warm, everything overall impeccable. The host was very responsive and worked dilligently to rectify a couple of issues we encountered. One issue we hit that seems to be chronicvand difficult to resolve is low water pressure (and this was the beginning of the rainy season) and getting hot water took a long time, so if long hot showers are a must for you, this should be taken into consideration.
Amazing home, the very best in Guanacaste area. incredible views, amenities and comfort. David was the best host . Highly recommended.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guancaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants. Playa Hermosa is a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
