We stayed four nights which was perfect for us to relax and explore the area. There are two beaches in walking distance. The walk to Playa Maderas was about 10-15 mins and is a great place to spend the morning or afternoon swimming and finding your own spot on the beach. There is a bus service just down the road at Hush that gets you to San Juan Del Sur within 30 mins. Lara's home is a perfect hide away. Its such a beautiful place to stay. We spent afternoons on the balcony looking at the view, watching the waves and the wildlife. One of the most beautiful Airbnb's I have stayed at. You feel right at home and so much natural light. Make sure you bring your food from town as there isn't too much around. We shared the kitchen with Lara and made many meal, her kitchen is well stoked with pans and utensils.

We had a great stay at Lara’s casitas! The location is ideal. The breeze of the ocean was perfect. She was super helpful with recommendations. We loved early morning coffee on the terrace - easy walk to the beach where we’d spend our days at Juanita’s Kitchen right on the beach and dinners at Machete were delicious! We will be back!

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Lara's Airbnb in Playa Maderas. The casitas were breathtakingly beautiful, offering stunning views that made every moment unforgettable. The fully equipped kitchen, along with the dedicated fridge and food storage, were thoughtful touches that added convenience to our stay. 15-minute walk from the beach, the location was perfect for enjoying the sun and surf while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind in. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Lara's place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

séjour inoubliable un logement très bien pensé la chambre la salle de bain la douche la terrasse commune la piscine le tout a la vue sur l'océan !! on se réveille on déjeune on se baigne en regardant la beauté du lieu!! Pour des amoureux du calme et de la nature. On a eu très souvent la visite des singes hurleurs dans les arbres proche du logement et les nombreux oiseaux. Lara a des règles mais on comprend c'est un endroit à respecter.
