Amazing view of Maderas, private feel in a small friendly community, 10min walk to the beach - many passers by will pick you up. Safe, comfortable, convenient location. Nice kitchen, comfy beds and unreal balcony.

Really nice and large space that was great for a couple nights. The place is up on a hill overlooking the ocean - large floor to ceiling windowed doors were awesome. A short walk or drive to the beach. The air conditioning was great for some hot days and we were able to catch a few monkeys outside early in the AM. Paul and his cohost were great communicators and even sent us an e-guide for various restaurants, beaches and bars. Great experience!

El equipo de Paul fue muy atento y amable. Necesitas un carro para llegar al lugar, pero no necesariamente un 4x4 porque, a diciembre de 2023, no tuve ningún problema con la calle de lastre para poder llegar en un Toyota Corolla Cross sin doble tracción. El inmueble está lejos de SJDS, a unos 20-25 minutos, que no es un problema, porque es muy privado y silencioso y tiene playas cercanas. El apartamento es sumamente cómodo y hermoso, tiene todos los utensilios básicos necesarios y está muy bien equipado. La cocina no tiene coffee maker ni microondas, pero eso no fue ningún inconveniente porque la cocina funciona bien y tienen prensa francesa y tetera. Si ya hay otro huésped, no hay mucho lugar para estacionar su vehículo en el edificio, por eso tuve que dejarlo en la calle, un poco más lejos de mi vista, pero no hubo ningún problema afortunadamente. En general, es un lugar espectacular a excelente precio, y regresaré tan pronto me sea posible. Muchas gracias al equipo, saludos.
