Had such a great stay at this property. Absolutely beautiful house with everything you need, equipped with smart home features, including climate control, gas fireplace, 5 large tvs, 3.5 bathrooms all very clean, clean bedding, and towels. Felt great spending our time there with my family. Our kids loved running around the house, which has nice floors all throughout. We loved it so much, we were sad to leave so soon. Planning on coming back here again :)

Great stay! The home was beautiful, updated, and well laid-out for our group of five. The door code was not working when we arrived late on Friday, but the after-hours host for the rental company responded quickly with a backup code.

We rent in this area surrounding the Truckee Donner skislopes often and this is a nice, newly constructed home completed in 2019. It sits in a very quiet, preferred area near the very top of Skislope Way. Everything in the home, as well as the home itself, is in tip-top shape. Everything is clean, appliances are new, the beds are new and comfortable, and it's stocked with all the china and cookware you could want. If you like to take hikes, it's conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Glacier Way Trailhead. At that trailhead you can look at the trailmap and plan either short or long hikes with varying degrees of difficulty that will satisfy just about anyone with amazing views and peaceful seclusion. As I said, this is near the very top of Skislope Way, so be forewarned, if you're planning a winter trip here, this area generally gets significantly more snow than what is forecasted for each individual storm. For us, that's a giant positive because we enjoy the winter fun that comes with a big storm, but if your vehicle isn't ready to handle deep snow during a storm, it could get difficult due to the steep roads leading up to the top. Having said that, the snow removal services on Skislope are top-notch and I'd be surprised if driveway snow removal isn't also included like all the others. Finally, Tahoe Signature Properties provided us with clear and easy instructions to check-in and had an informative home and area guide inside the home to help make the stay comfortable and easy. I wish I could say that about other property management companies in the area. Again, the home is super nice, new, clean, and well stocked. You won't be disappointed.
