The apartment was great for our few week stay in the Bay for the holidays this year. Excellent location near the park, BART, Target, and Trader Joes. Walkable to campus, downtown Berkeley, etc. The hosts left snacks, quarters for laundry, and the place was stocked with thoughtful basics like cleaning, first aid, cooking, and cleaning supplies. Check-in was very clear and the hosts were very friendly.

We had a really nice stay, the apartment was clean and with everything that we needed. Vassilis and Sophia have been very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend it

Although the building is old, the apartment was clean, airy, and got plenty of light, with many small, thoughtful attributes like a stash of quarters for the laundry machines (which are also old; you may have to run clothes through the dryer twice). The kitchen was very reasonably supplied with cooking equipment, and dishwasher and coffee maker worked very well. Water pressure was good, and bed and bedding were very comfortable and warm. It is about 3 blocks from the BART station, and 1 block from University Ave. busses. The hosts were very responsive, and glad to have feedback. I will definitely look to stay here again in future.
