The property was extremely clean and well presented and everything you need is in the property for your stay. It is set in a very peaceful location just right to be able to walk to Rock beach and the local amenities with Padstow just a ferry ride away which is great. We had a fantastic time here and will definitely think about returning at some point in the future. Thank you Caroline and Luke.

A lovely lodge/caravan was the perfect location for a peaceful getaway, easily walkable to the beach and local pub and restaurant. Carolanne and Luke were very attentive to the details in the property and were on hand if needed anything. An ideal spot for a couple or young family to stay and enjoy the beautiful surrounding area.

Enjoyed our stay at Porthilly. Caravan well equipped in a quiet location but accessible to beach and other locations. Would recommend but you need a car to get out and about.

We had a man amazing stay! The location is peaceful and perfect walking distance to the beach. The hosts were lovely, check in was easy and the accommodation was pristine. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back! :)

Had a lovely stay here for a long weekend. Beautifully presented and clean. There’s not much to do in Rock, however Padstow isn’t far on the ferry and can drive everywhere else. Would definitely recommend this holiday home and would stay again!
