This is a great spot to book if you want to be by the beach. I slept with my balcony door open, and the sound of the waves was beautiful. There is about a 7-9 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, but this was perfect for me. If you don't want to walk, grab an Uber; they will be there in a jiffy. Please note: This a great location, and I highly recommend it, but if you or someone you are traveling with has issues with stairs, please do not book this location. I give it 10 stars for the perfect beach location. Don't hesitate book today.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was very close to the Oceanside pier and lots of restaurants on Mission. We enjoyed being able to walk places, and the nice view of the ocean. Everything was as pictured and described in the listing.

We loved our stay! Being right by the beach was just what we were hoping for. So many fun beach toys and chairs for playing on the beach. The sunsets were amazing right from the deck. We walked all up and down the beach. We easily found places to shop and eat. We hopped on the Coaster train to explore Carlsbad and Encinitas and even rode it all the way to San Diego for our zoo adventure. This place was perfect for all we wanted to do!

Rebecca was an incredible host! She was an incredible communicator and extremely kind! Her place was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved every bit of it! The apartment was well laid out and decorated so well. You felt right at home when you walked in! The view from this apartment was stunning! & having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for our family! If you’re on the fence about booking.. don’t be! This apartment fit all our needs and more! We would highly recommend and we hope to absolutely stay here again!

Overall a comfortable stay! Host was very communicative and friendly — she even accommodated an early check in. Nicely upgraded unit, particularly the kitchen, with a beautiful view. The third bedroom with bunk beds is very small (only as wide as the bunks), so it lives like a large closet but was functional. Some light pollution from an exterior light on the neighboring building made it slightly challenging to sleep in the back bedroom, but overall it was an enjoyable experience for our group of five.
