This place provides high value. The "lazy river" is effectively one long pool directly outside the condo that our kids loved. The beach is a bit far for a walk, but it is a very pleasant area to walk through. The porch is a great place to hang out and overall the condo is great.

Aquátika is the best place to stay on the island and Ana’s place is one of the best units in this resort-like condo association. It’s exactly like the pictures, spectacularly clean with every single amenity you can think of. There’s a lazy river right in front of Ana’s place, with playgrounds and more pools that lead up to the private ocean front. It’s also perfectly located near some of the islands most popular attractions like the rain forest, piñones, old San Juan, Luquillo and Fajardo (marina for culebre). Ana was a fantastic host, always responsive and really intentional about what to include for the perfect stay. I truly hope to stay again soon!

Ana was super and so was her apartment! Everything was as described and she provided a lot for our use (all in all it was great!). Outside of the apartment, I'd say the resort could use some maintenance- the huge water slide pool out of operation, the pavement around the pools was jagged/rough on our bare feet, exterior building paint chipping/fading (out of Ana's control). Unfortunately, we were there Thurs-Sat and some amenities are only on Sat-Sun. The upside is we had the pool mostly to ourselves until Friday afternoon when more people arrived. My two young boys loved both playgrounds and the rest of the pools! The lazy river had no current so we didn't enjoy this amenity (it was a selling point for me). Most importantly (for our family), we selected the resort for its distance to the airport and on a rainy night with some areas of pitch black roads, it took us a scary 45 min to get there and 40 to get back. Away from restaurants/nightlife but would return-our abuela cooked! :)

To begin, the GPS directions were terrible. We drove around the area forever trying to find this place. After being in some questionable areas, we finally found it. Ultimately, it was a nice unit. Has everything you need and is comfortable. The pools in the resort are filthy---filtration is not working. Every time we were in the pool, we were fighting debris and hair. The play places for the kids at the pool did not operate. The tennis courts were not upkept. This complex has so much opportunity, but there is no upkeep. It is very sad! The beach area is very small. For a US mainland visitor, there is NOTHING nearby. We arrived later at night, and there was nowhere to eat. Closest anything is 20 minutes away probably.
