The perfect place for a 90th birthday gift for my parents. Everything about the stay was loved: the very thoughtful favourite Cocoa Black tiffin bar left in the fridge as a birthday surprise. The sumptuous comfy bed where my parents couldn't believe how long they'd slept, the sunny little lounge spot overlooking the Tweed and the park where they'd brought all their grandkids over the years. We loved it all from the lovely decor to the cosy fire and the beautifully fitted kitchen with lovely kitchenware. So close to Peebles fabulous high street too. We are already planning a return journey. Julie is the perfect host and we all really appreciated the later check out. Thank you for everything you did to make this weekend so memorable and special. 2nd time at Tweed Green, looking forward to the 3rd x

Another fabulous stay at Tweed Green this week. Excellent guest accommodation, high standard of facilities throughout. Makes for a very comfort and easy stay. Lovely details, and a much appreciated hamper. Hope to be back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat while visiting family in Peebles, it was truly a home from home! Julie's flat has been beautifully finished with thoughtful homely touches and it is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We stayed over Easter and there were little decorations and treats waiting which were a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. The location is central with all the cafes and shops just a few minutes walk but it was not noisy, and it was nice to have a view of the Tweed from the living room window. Unfortunately we didn't have brilliant weather so didn't use the terrace but this looked lovely to sit out on in the summer. Julie was a pleasure to deal with, she was very helpful with a flexible check in to make things as smooth as possible for us and we will definitely recommend the flat to family and friends!

We were there for Xmas and Julie had decorated the place beautifully with a great tree and other Christmas decorations and lights. It was perfect. Treats and a bottle of wine was a lovely experience too. We cooked & baked in the kitchen & it was pretty fully equipped for all we needed and all utensils were new and in prime condition along with excellent sharp knives (unusual for accommodations). We had an excellent time and would highly recommend!
