This was our second stay at the Annie and it was just as lovely as the first! I feel Lynsey always goes over and above for everyone and it is lovely to see someone take pride in the Annie. Lynsay is always quick to message back whenever I have any questions and makes us feel right at home❤️

The Annie x is a little piece of heaven. It is exactly as shown in the photos & extremely clean throughout. The outdoor space is beautiful & so tranquil spending time in the hot tub. The hot tub is immaculate. We didn't use the green space however I think it would be lovely for picnics in the warmer months. All the accessories are super cute! The linen smells amazing & fresh. The bed is really comfortable. The shower space is huge in the bathroom & smells lush. We felt very safe here, it is in Lynsays property with 2 locked garden gates. Lynsay & Kevin have excellent communication with very quick responses through the Airb&b app. Check in & out was really easy. We drove into Peebles for dinner, it is a 20 minute drive & has lots to do & places to eat out or take away. We had a great stay ~ please book, you won't be disappointed! 🤩💕

The place was really lovely. Friendly owner and locals. Hot tub was amazing Would recommend 100%.
