Lots of pros & cons. Biggest PRO - price! Anna pays the cleaning & Airbnb fees. CON-once we paid Anna didn't respond to my question re: different host listed on confirmation, Airbnb couldn't address my concerns. CON's: upon check in we learned Kauai "Beach" Villa's are on a beach you are warned not to enter due to dangerous conditions and rocks, no beach views, nor any elevators after being assigned a 3rd floor unit. The staff found us a ground floor unit, but it took another hour. PRO's: quiet scene unlike the Outrigger resort next door, nice kitchen with granite counter tops, spacious living area, two bathrooms. Biggest CON's: sofa was VERY uncomfortable to sit on, dining chairs are low and uncomfortable, only one nightstand in bedroom, windows ineffective at keeping noise out! PRO&CON - washer/dryer is located in unit unfortunately right next to the bedroom doors. PRO - close to airport, shops, and centrally located to all areas of the Island. CON-hard to exit due to traffic.

Kelly’s place was in the perfect location. Equal distance to go to the north part of the island and then the south part. Easy and beautiful drive to all the shops and restaurants and beaches and hikes.

It was a very smooth transaction with Anna. The location is very near town. You get the comfort of a hotel for a very affordable price!
