The place was very clean.
Check in was fine. The apartment looked like the photos and the view was amazing. Only a few issues, one being the elevator it takes forever to get on it and always seems to be busy. The second issue was you could hear other people in different rooms, the floor above us we could hear banging a lot and the room next to us we could hear whatever was going on in there. Besides that the apartment was nice.
We are locals who decided on a little staycation in beautiful Coconut Grove and the unit did not disappoint! Gorgeous views out to the ocean from the units wraparound balcony, responsive and attentive host and a clean and safe environment. Of course, the only regret is not staying longer!
Natalia is a great host with a great property. The view can’t be beat. And it’s hard to find a great Airbnb in such an awesome neighborhood!
Beautiful apartment, in a great area, walkable to almost everything. The host in the front was nice and it included free parking! We needed to extend multiple times and the process was seamless. Fully equipped kitchen came in handy. and the views were stunning. Came with a free bootle of wine and netflix already loaded up. nice place to kick back and call home for a few days. The host was awesome as well and was very kind. would have stayed longer if there were more available days.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used Airbnb abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience. Silvia, whilst being a new member of our team, is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients. We started off as property owners and from the beginning we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance to county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company.
