The house is well equipped and high quality. The walk to the water is to a bay with private boats and so you need to drive to swim but we were end of season and so this wasn’t an issue. Sadly the fire didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay but otherwise we had everything we needed. We loved hiring bikes in Orleans and exploring the beaches and the whale watching from Provincetown was incredible.

Wonderful location. Comfortable home with lots of space. Great outdoor sitting areas. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Would stay again.

We are frequent visitors of the Cape, vacationing in the Orleans/Eastham area every summer. We chose this property for our long weekend in October to show our exchange students all that we love about Cape Cod, and it didn't disappoint! The pictures don't even show the full beauty and comfort of this property. It was impeccable; beauty and comfort in every detail. The beds and linens were wonderful, the bathrooms spectacular and squeaky clean, and the kitchen and gathering areas were perfect for our family dinners and games. The location is worth noting as well: close to all of the things we love on the cape: Chatham, Orleans, and our favorite restaurant in Harwichport. The walk to the water at the end of the street is a wonderful bonus. I cannot recommend this property enough!!!!

We had such a lovely time at this home. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had a great flow. Would come back in a heartbeat!
