Great place to stay! Plenty of room, we traveled with 3 families and we all had enough space. Would rent again.

House was easy to check into . Very clean . Family felt very comfortable. Game room is perfect for family night .

The house is spacious and clean, the arcade was great but pool table needs to be balanced and some of the games don’t work very well (we did not reach out to have this fixed as we spent majority of our time at the parks) however it is located near Davenport which is about 45 minutes from the parks. There is no phone service in the area, ac is locked so you will have to message host if you want it changed. Received a sticker on two of our three cars stating they would be towed. One was too far out on the drive way and one was parked on the road. Per manual for parking- two cars on the driveway and two on the road , when I reached out to host he was not very helpful and gave the club house number and told me to call which was not ideal as I was at the parks all day. He also asked me to review the manual and park accordingly but we parked as told. The stickers leave a lot of residue on car window which was inconvenient. The host does respond quickly which is a plus.
